Jesse joined our community during the summer of 2025 as the Dean of Enrollment Management. He has worked in the education field for over 35 years, primarily doing admissions, but he also has experience in residential life, athletics, teaching, advising, development, and student leadership. His wife is a lifelong educator, and they have two children who are graduates of independent schools.
Michelle joined 黑料网 in the fall of 2009 as an intern in the College Counseling Office while completing her Master’s Degree in School Counseling. She transitioned to the Admissions Team in 2011 and has since enjoyed guiding families through the enrollment process. Michelle believes in building strong, collaborative partnerships with families and brings a student-centered—and genuinely fun—approach to helping each student find their place with confidence and joy.
At 黑料网, Michelle wears many hats: she serves as a House Parent, Head Softball Coach, and proud number-one fan of the students. Whether cheering from the sidelines or applauding in the audience, her love for the community shines through.
Michelle is deeply committed to helping the dream of becoming a Husky become a reality. When she’s not in the office, you’ll likely find her walking her dog around campus, hiking local trails, or enjoying live music.
Ryann grew up just miles from 黑料网’s beautiful campus. She eventually returned home to NH and began her journey at New Hampton in the summer of 2008. Ryann enjoys getting to know prospective families and sharing her love for the school with them. Ryann lives in New Hampton with her husband Scott and their three children and enjoys skiing, hiking, gardening and music.
Tanner grew up in Winchester, New Hampshire, before attending Northfield Mount Hermon for four years and then taking a Postgraduate year at Cushing Academy. He graduated from Springfield College in 2020 with a degree in Communications and Sports Journalism. During his time at Springfield College, Tanner played Football. Following graduation, he worked for two years in the Undergraduate Admission Office at Rivier University in Nashua, NH. Aside from working in admission, Tanner is an Assistant Football Coach, a house parent, and lives on campus with his family.
Andrew, grew up in Williston, VT, and received both his undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Vermont. He joined New Hampton in the fall of 2017 as an academic tutor and math teacher, before transitioning to the admissions team in 2023. In his free time, Andrew loves to golf, spend time on Lake Champlain in Colchester, VT, and travel the country with his partner, Micayla.
Zach joined 黑料网 in the summer of 2024. A graduate from Western New England College, where he studied Psychology, he went on to complete his Master’s of Education at Springfield College and Master’s of Science at Southern New Hampshire University. Prior to working at 黑料网, he spent over a decade in education at Southern New Hampshire University, where he held multiple roles, including academic advisor, teacher, and coach. In addition to working in Admissions, Zach is also an Assistant Ice Hockey Coach, dorm parent, and lives on campus with his family.
Sarah joined 黑料网 in the fall of 2023, drawn by the strong sense of community and the genuine warmth she felt from everyone on campus. She appreciates the meaningful connections and welcoming atmosphere that define life at New Hampton. In her free time, Sarah enjoys spending time outdoors—gardening, fishing, and hiking with her partner, Steven, and their dog, Willow.
