Academic Information Technology Committee Meeting 

Date: February 23, 2021 

Location: Held via Teams due to Covid 

Starting Time: Members began joining the meeting at 1:50 PM. 

Attending: Stefan Andrei, Don Warren, Abdul Wajid Choudhry, Poornima Gunasakaran, Joseph Kruger, Sujing Wang, Frank Badua, Dale Fontenot, Eunjin Kwon, Reza Barzegaran, Michael Saar, Cindy Cummings, Xing Wu, O’Brien Stanley 

Call to Order:  2:02 PM. 

  • Approval of November Committee Minutes 

       The meeting minutes was handled by unanimous consent and approved by attending committee members unanimously.  

  • Discussion of the faculty survey about computer and information technology services for faculty and instructional needs  

 

  • New business  
      Our library will send out Survey to all faculty, staff, and students regarding library services. 

 

Adjournment 

Motion to adjourn was made by Dr. Joseph Kruger. Seconded by Dr. Frank Badua. All members said ‘Aye’. Motion passed.  Meeting adjourned at 2:20 PM.
